We do not collect any information from those merely visiting our site.  We do ask for additional information if you would like to register for a class.

No, any information you provide on the website is used solely to register you for a class.  The information that you provide is stored in-house, separate from the Internet.

What do you do with my email address?
MCS collects your email address as part of your registration with us.  We use this address to communicate with you about your account.  We do not sell or otherwise give out your email address to others.

Once you register with us, you become part of our customer file.

Accident Insurance
MCS does not provide accident insurance for participants in any of its programs/activities. Participants assume all inherent risk of injury resulting from their involvement in programs or activities pursuant to this application. 

Participants, upon payment of activity/program fee, give consent to the use of any photographs taken by the MCS office, its employees, agents and elected officials and agree such photographs shall be the property of the MCS Department. Participants are not entitled to compensation of any kind for the use of such photographs. Photographs may be used by the City on its website, social media venues, including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram/Twitter as well as promotional materials.
